She realised it was not a dream when through a hazy blur the dragon was staring straight at her! That beautiful green dragon that she had traced his wings with her fingers, touched his claws with her nails, stared straight into his eyes until they watered...caressed its beauty, every pore making it seem alive, ready to jump out and twirl itself around her.She had caressed him with ever so soft a touch. Kissed his eyes...until she dozed off to sweet oblivion. The darkness outside the window confused her, was it night? afternoon? had night fall come and gone? Had the sun set or was it about to rise in the little squares of the window pane. The street lights were on and small white clouds were visible low in the sky.It must have rained for the windows were sprinkled with drops sliding down the glass. She felt a shiver as she thought of how cold it must be out there, knowing that she was in a safe place feeling cosy in his home. He was still sitting in front of her writing, as if not a minute had passed the last hour or more. She didnt dare move on the wide armchair they both sat on so as to not disturb his thoughts. He sat at the edge of it writing for hours and pondering... she lay behind him with her legs from the knees down hanging over the side and her head on the arm support. She had had a very long day with her trip starting the previous morning and then spending the whole day and night talking and sipping wine. Her dragon man, he was all she had imagined and more. Couldnt have chosen a better time to be with him as he was relaxed and into his writing mood. That would give her time to settle in her thoughts and enjoy her holiday as well. It was the first time she was with a man and didnt feel something had to happen between them. She looked away from the window and turned to the dragon once more, lifted one hand and touched his wings as if she was going to let him free to fly into her arms. He turned to face her. The soft lighting of the room made his face look so much at peace. He leaned over with his whole body, opened his protective wings and took her to him in a passionate hungry kiss. As if it was exactly what she had been expecting, she surrendered for some minutes and then was transformed into his fired dragonwoman who hadnt seen her man since the beginning of time.

On this side of the river banks
Listen to the wind
In the seagulls' wings
Listen to the waves
In the travelled shells
Listen to the sun
As its rays light the dawn
As you walk through winter woods
Listen to the frost melt
As you lay down on green pastures
Listen to the grass grow
As you watch the children play
Listen to their smiles
Listen to the clouds play
As you fly high in the sky
As you lean against my heart
Listen to my music
Listen,
Listen to my eyes
Where my soul
Tells no lies
Where life begins
And ends
In each others arms.
Passion's thirst for Love
In a World filled with Peace
Where Men and Women
Live as One
In time's Eternity
Listen,
Listen to the stars
Whispers of secrets
For each and every one
Left behind
On this side of the river banks...
